Hi Michael,

<cite>I don’t recall when I started with ThreeTags. How do you know if you need to upgrade your account or not?</cite>

If you can sign into ThreeTags on the main page (http://threetags.com), you don't need to upgrade.

If you cannot do that, but can sign in using the "old accounts back-door" (http://30.latest.threetags.appspot.com/), you should upgrade.

If you cannot sign in using either of the links, you probably forgot your password, in which case there's nothing we can do to help.

Best regards,
ThreeTags Inc. support

Please note that the process will not work on most Apple systems, as our import/export implementation is currently incompatible with Apple's Java runtime. You will need to get hold of a Windows or Linux PC with the latest Sun Java installed.

Sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.

We are looking into the issue.
