we are sorry to hear that. We have tested our apps thoroughly on several different devices, and have never seen a crash like you described. We did see rare crashes during long sync operations, but never when adding a note. And Apple would not have approved the apps if yours was a common situation.

To help us diagnose your problem, could you, please, let us know:

1. what device do you (iPod or iPhone) and what Os version?
2. is your device jail-broken? (if it is, this is probably the reason)
3. do the apps crash when you add any note, or only occasionally?
4. if only when adding certain notes, what kind of notes make your apps crash?
5. any additional information that might help us identify the problem.
